Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 / annual
Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead corporate FP&A strategy and execution. This role owns the design and implementation of Anduril's corporate financial planning and analysis model, including SG&A functions, serving as a critical foundation for the company's long-range planning and financial excellence roadmap.
Key responsibilities include owning corporate-level FP&A processes for budgeting, forecasting, and SG&A modeling; leading preparation of annual operating plans, long-range financial plans, and monthly forecast updates; developing and managing robust financial processes and controls; providing strategic financial insights and variance analysis on revenue, OPEX, EBITDA, and cash flow; and partnering with Accounting, Tax, and functional teams to ensure alignment on financial results and consistent assumptions.
You will also manage and improve financial planning systems and tools, support ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling for executive decision-making, and work closely with business development on licensing agreements. The role requires managing complex financial projects across a multi-faceted organization from strategy through execution, with high visibility to the executive leadership team.
Required qualifications include a proven track record managing complex financial projects in multi-unit organizations, demonstrated ability to develop innovative financial modeling solutions, strong financial acumen with budgeting and management experience, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include 7+ years in Corporate Finance or Strategy with at least 3 years managing a team, an MBA or Master's degree in business/finance/operations, extreme attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, autonomous environments.
