Fictiv Technology Services, a division of MISUMI Group, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial operations in Bengaluru. This role manages a team of 3-5 accounting specialists and financial analysts across Bengaluru and Pune, reporting to the HQ Controller.
Key responsibilities include owning general ledger and financial reporting, ensuring statutory compliance on bookkeeping, reporting, and taxation in India. You will manage cash and foreign exchange operations, optimize transactional structures and workflow for local and cross-border accounting and payment processes, and oversee payroll preparation, review, and management.
Additional duties include vendor payment approval and management, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes, advising and enforcing corporate policy with local staff, and developing compliance protocols around order fulfillment and ERP processing for customer purchases.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounting principles, practices, and procedures with demonstrated ability to maintain robust internal controls, handle transactions timely, and ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
