Tilt is hiring a Senior Finance Lead for its Credit Card business unit, embedded within the Strategic Finance (StratFin) team. This is a high-visibility, autonomous role reporting to finance leadership with direct exposure to the Credit Card business unit, executive team, and board-level reporting. You will own the Credit Card P&L, driving monthly forecast-vs-actual processes, variance analysis, and financial reporting. You'll serve as the primary financial thought partner to Credit Card product, credit/risk, and marketing leadership, attending business unit staff meetings and flagging financial risks and opportunities in real time. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining the Credit Card unit economics model (CAC, LTV, contribution margin, portfolio yield, delinquency and loss curves) and using it to evaluate new product, pricing, and credit line initiatives. You'll lead Credit Card-specific inputs to annual planning and quarterly re-forecasts, partner with Credit and Data Science to translate portfolio performance into financial terms, and independently identify risks and opportunities to bring strategic recommendations to leadership. You'll also drive AI-enabled finance workflows, identifying opportunities to use tools like Claude and internal automation via Aleph/Databricks to accelerate reporting and modeling, and improve reporting infrastructure by building dashboards and automated reporting for stakeholder visibility. Required: 6+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, bizops, management consulting, or investment banking (lending, credit card, or consumer finance experience strongly preferred). You need demonstrated P&L ownership at a senior level with direct engagement with business unit and executive leadership, strong unit economics and financial modeling skills (ideally with credit/lending economics exposure), SQL comfort, and hands-on experience using AI tools for real efficiency gains. You should be able to build trust and influence with non-finance leaders, operate independently with minimal oversight, and communicate effectively with senior and board-level audiences. MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
