You will lead Armada's field marketing strategy and execution across EMEA, translating regional business priorities into high-impact events and campaigns that generate pipeline, deepen executive relationships, and strengthen market presence. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role requiring significant time in market and close partnership with Sales teams.
Key responsibilities include:
**Regional Strategy & Pipeline:** Develop and execute a detailed annual EMEA field marketing calendar aligned to territory priorities. Execute integrated campaigns across events, executive programs, account-based marketing, digital, content, and partner channels. Create market-specific programs reflecting local dynamics while maintaining global brand consistency. Own regional performance reporting on pipeline sourced, revenue influenced, account engagement, and cost per outcome.
**Events & Executive Engagement:** Plan and deliver Armada's EMEA event portfolio including the Sovereign AI Tour, executive dinners, roundtables, roadshows, third-party conferences, and partner activations. Manage each program end-to-end from brief through follow-up, including audience strategy, invitations, registration, venue coordination, content, speakers, staffing, on-site delivery, lead capture, and post-event actions. Create executive-tier experiences convening senior customers, prospects, partners, and industry leaders. Partner with the Dublin Experience Center on customer briefings and regional executive programs. Evaluate third-party event investments and recommend participation strategy.
**Cross-Functional Leadership:** Work closely with EMEA Sales to build target lists, drive attendance, prepare account teams, and ensure timely follow-up. Partner with Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Customer Marketing, and Experiential Marketing. Build regional enablement plans providing Sales and executives with messaging, target lists, follow-up motions, and content. Collaborate with content and creative teams to capture customer stories, executive perspectives, and multimedia assets.
**Budget & Operations:** Manage day-to-day EMEA field program budgets including estimates, purchase orders, invoices, accruals, and forecasts. Manage agencies, venues, production partners, and vendors through selection, negotiation, and quality control. Build program briefs, workback plans, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and post-program reporting. Travel to and lead programs on site, resolving issues and maintaining high standards for customer and executive experience.

- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 60% across EMEA and internationally, including frequent multi-day trips and on-site event delivery
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience marketing AI, cloud, data center, energy, defense, or other complex infrastructure solutions
- Experience with executive briefing centers, customer advisory boards, partner marketing, or account-based marketing programs
- Existing agency, venue, media, or industry relationships across priority EMEA markets
