Drata is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to build and execute regional field marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue impact across the Commercial and Enterprise business in the East Coast/AMER region.
You will own field marketing strategy and execution for a defined AMER region, setting market priorities, regional coverage, and program mix. This includes translating strategy into a regional field marketing plan that supports Commercial and Enterprise growth in priority markets.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing programs across trade shows, vendor-led executive programs, Drata-led account-focused events, hospitality events with partners, and partner-supported sponsorship opportunities. You'll design programs tailored for executive and practitioner audiences, adapting format, messaging, and experience by segment, persona, and market. You'll pilot differentiated event ideas and determine what to refine, repeat, scale, or stop based on performance.
You'll build strong relationships across SDRs, AEs, sales leaders, vendors, and partners to drive alignment and program success. End-to-end execution is critical—planning, promotion, logistics, follow-up, and post-program optimization. You'll measure performance through meetings, engagement, pipeline contribution, and overall program effectiveness, bringing clear recommendations to leadership on where to invest and how to improve regional field performance.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of B2B field marketing, regional marketing, event marketing, or integrated marketing experience. You have a track record of leading in-person and virtual programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth, with experience building programs for both executive and practitioner audiences. You're a strong relationship-builder who earns trust quickly across sales, marketing, vendors, and external partners. You combine creative thinking with strong execution, follow-through, and measurable results. Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, or related technology is preferred. The role requires 25–35% travel across the assigned region for events, conferences, and company engagements.
