You will own account-based marketing strategy and execution for a prioritized portfolio of strategic Enterprise accounts, working closely with the Enterprise Sales team. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring partnership across Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations. Key responsibilities include: - Owning 1:1 and 1:few ABM strategy and execution for assigned strategic accounts - Leading bi-weekly account planning sessions with Enterprise Sales teams - Building buying-group plays with coordinated, personalized messaging across the buyer's journey - Acting as a strategic thought partner to Sales, identifying opportunities and aligning marketing effort to account priorities - Orchestrating cross-functional partners (digital, content, demand generation, field marketing, product marketing, marketing operations) to execute account programs - Owning account progression and closed-loop reporting, delivering measurable impact on pipeline and closed-won deals - Managing program budgets with accurate cost tracking at account and play levels The North America ABM program is organized around motions that drive Enterprise growth: winning new logos, progressing active opportunities, expanding existing customers, and growing alongside partners. Minimum qualifications: - 6+ years of ABM, demand generation, and enterprise B2B marketing experience, with focus on SaaS and high-tech solutions - Proven experience building and running 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs, including account selection, buying committee mapping, personalized content development, and hands-on familiarity with channel mix (personalized digital, direct mail, account landing pages, content syndication, account-level events) - Track record partnering directly with enterprise account executives and sales leadership on account strategy - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-performing environments driven by outcomes
