Ping Identity is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead the UK and Ireland (UKI) region. This is a strategic leadership role within a restructured team that manages the largest customer base in EMEA. The focus is on driving regional growth in H2 2026 and beyond through brand awareness and net new logo generation.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic integrated Go-To-Market (GTM) plan in partnership with UKI Sales leadership and pan-EMEA GTM teams. Key responsibilities include managing a Field Marketing Specialist, overseeing multi-touch campaigns that drive qualified pipeline, executing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise accounts, and managing regional marketing budgets.
You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Field Marketing for Northern Europe to shape regional strategy, develop tactics for named strategic accounts, create vertical and use-case-led GTM plans, and provide quarterly business review reporting on campaign performance and future strategies. The role requires strong analytical skills to refine GTM approaches based on engagement and penetration metrics.
The position is remote-based with occasional travel to London and Bristol offices to collaborate with Sales Development Reps. Approximately 30% travel is expected, primarily within the UKI region but including some European and US travel.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, 2-3 years of senior field marketing experience, background in IT/B2B SaaS, proficiency with Salesforce and Marketo, and strong communication skills. You should demonstrate excellent relationship-building abilities, analytical problem-solving, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-growing organization.
