Peec AI is an analytics platform for AI search, helping brands understand their visibility across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews. The company is a Series A startup backed by 20VC and Singular, past $15M ARR, with 80+ employees across Berlin HQ and a new New York office.
As the first Senior Field Marketing Manager in the US, you will own events as a primary pipeline channel for expansion out of New York, working closely with Sales and Growth teams to source and accelerate revenue. You will conceptualize and execute curated dinners with founders and senior marketers, manage high-converting conference presences, and deliver brand activations tied to measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute field marketing strategy across New York and the US, with events as the primary channel
- Own pipeline targets for sourced opportunities, meetings booked, and cost per opportunity, with regular reporting
- Run full pre- and post-event motions with SDRs and AEs: target account lists, invite outreach, on-site conversations, follow-up sequences, and CRM attribution
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality event formats end-to-end, from invite-only partner dinners to brand activations
- Lead conference presence from concept through execution, including booth design, side events, partnerships, and on-site experience
- Manage all production layers: venues, vendors, budgets, timelines, logistics, and day-of delivery
- Build partnerships and relationships that enhance event effectiveness and reach
The role emphasizes both craft and measurable impact. Your audience is modern marketing leaders who can distinguish between generic activations and memorable experiences, but the core job is converting real-world moments into business results.
Requirements:
- 3+ years running events as a demand generation channel at a B2B SaaS company or high-growth startup
- Proven track record of owning conference presence end-to-end and converting it into measurable pipeline
- Direct experience working with sales teams on event-driven outreach and proficiency with CRM platforms, including attribution and reporting
- High ownership mentality and operational excellence: ability to manage vendors, budgets, and logistics while delivering flawlessly under pressure
- Strong creative instinct and taste for beautifully designed, memorable experiences
- Natural relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with founders, operators, and senior marketers
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience producing premium dinners, summits, or invite-only formats from scratch
- Established vendor and venue network across New York
- Existing network in New York's startup, SaaS, or marketing ecosystem
- Strong brand and design sensitivity with attention to atmosphere, detail, and positioning
