Cardata is a B2B SaaS company transforming how businesses manage vehicle reimbursement through smart, automated solutions. We're seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to own and evolve our field marketing strategy across North America. You will be responsible for developing and executing Cardata's comprehensive field marketing plan, including conferences, trade shows, hosted events, webinars, and industry association programs. This role requires end-to-end ownership: from identifying high-impact opportunities and managing budgets to executing programs that create and progress pipeline. Key responsibilities include: - Develop field marketing strategy and own execution across all channels (events, webinars, associations, partnerships) - Partner with Sales leadership to identify priority markets and translate them into targeted programs - Establish pipeline targets and success metrics for all programs, holding them accountable to measurable outcomes - Build and manage relationships with industry associations, event organizers, and strategic partners - Proactively identify and secure speaking engagements, sponsorships, and thought leadership opportunities for company leaders and subject matter experts - Own and evolve webinar strategy, from topic identification through promotion, execution, and follow-up - Manage the field marketing budget with financial discipline, tracking spend, negotiating with vendors, and reallocating investment toward higher-performing opportunities - Develop scalable processes for event planning, lead capture, attribution, Sales coordination, and reporting - Regularly evaluate the field marketing portfolio and make data-driven decisions about where to increase, maintain, experiment, or reduce investment You'll work independently to assess opportunities, make strategic recommendations, and continuously optimize the field marketing mix based on pipeline performance and market opportunity. Success is measured by contribution to pipeline, quality of market presence, and effective budget deployment—not simply by event volume. This role requires someone who can both set direction and execute, with strong relationship-building skills, program management discipline, and accountability for measurable business outcomes.
