As the first Field Marketing & ABM hire in EMEA, you will build the region's field motion from scratch, partnering directly with Sales to create high-impact programs across segments and 1:1 ABM plays for strategic accounts. This is a build role with increasing scope, budget, and responsibility as European presence grows, including hiring behind you.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define EMEA go-to-market strategy for field programs across UK&I, DACH, Benelux, and the Nordics
- Design 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many field marketing experiences (regional dinners, hackathons, unconventional activations) aligned to active opportunities
- Orchestrate ABM programs across channels: direct mail, events, digital, gifting, content, managing multi-country execution complexities (shipping, VAT, GDPR, local vendors, language)
- Partner with Sales to understand territory priorities, account dynamics, and pipeline gaps; actively participate in deal strategy
- Adapt global programs to European markets and feed EMEA-born ideas back to US teams
- Track impact through account engagement, pilots started, velocity, and closed-won revenue
- Create feedback loops with Sales leadership on both sides of the Atlantic
- Test unconventional tactics and push boundaries
Required qualifications:
- 5-7+ years in field, experiential, growth, or ABM marketing
- Experience running programs across multiple European markets (not just UK)
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and intent tools (6sense, Demandbase)
- Proven track record driving measurable pipeline and revenue through regional field or ABM programs
- Strong data analysis skills; ability to build reports and make data-driven decisions
- Deep experience partnering with Sales teams on Enterprise/Strategic accounts
- Creative thinker who turns vague goals into concrete, compelling plans
- Comfortable moving fast, experimenting, and adjusting in real time
- Strong collaborator who builds trust with Sales quickly, including cross-timezone US teams
- Comfortable with 25% travel across EMEA, up to 50% seasonally
- Based in London with right to work in UK
Nice-to-have: experience marketing to IT/Engineering/Security leaders, early/first marketing hire experience in new region, additional European languages.
