Precision for Medicine, a clinical research organization specializing in oncology and rare disease, seeks a Senior Feasibility Associate to join its European feasibility team. This fully remote role supports the delivery of pre-award, post-award, rescue, and standalone feasibility projects across the UK, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, and Slovakia. Key responsibilities include conducting pre-award feasibility analysis for RFPs, including competitive analysis, historical recruitment data, standards of care, drug analysis, epidemiology, and site/country assessments. You will review clinical protocols and study assumptions for US and global trials, present feasibility findings to business development and clients, and interface with internal colleagues, external consultants, and partner networks to gather and share feasibility information. The role involves feasibility site outreach for pre-award opportunities and participation in business development and client calls. For post-award projects, you will deliver feasibility analyses aligned with study and client requirements, engage with patient advocacy groups and site networks to support recruitment and study success, and analyze collected site data to inform site identification, enrollment modeling, and study strategy. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a life sciences discipline and a minimum of 5 years of related experience in feasibility analysis and site identification. You must demonstrate proficient English communication (professional level), strong analytical and organizational skills, and expertise with MS Office and data-based platforms. Knowledge of ICH-GCP is required. A postgraduate degree is preferred. The ideal candidate combines strong management and organizational abilities with excellent oral and written communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills. You should demonstrate attention to detail while maintaining big-picture perspective, work effectively in matrix environments, and show ownership and pride in work quality.
