As Senior Sales & Customer Success Operations Manager, you will be the operational backbone embedded within the Sales and Customer Success functions, reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Operations. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports.
Your core mandate is to identify and eliminate operational friction. You'll analyze workflows, processes, and systems to spot breakdowns and define solutions—whether that's redesigning a workflow, creating checklists, restructuring ownership models, or adjusting compensation triggers. You work closely with the Business Systems team, who handle technical implementation; you own the "what" and "why," translating business needs into clear, buildable requirements.
The through-line of your work is reducing manual burden so sales and post-sales reps can focus on high-impact activities. You'll drive process rigor, scalability, and operational efficiency across revenue-generating functions.
