EVERSANA INTOUCH is a global, full-service marketing agency network serving the life sciences industry, part of the integrated EVERSANA commercialization platform. This Senior Experience Designer role bridges design, technology, and brand across web and interactive visual aid (IVA) experiences for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
You will operate as a seasoned, hands-on individual contributor with high autonomy, translating creative vision into production-ready digital experiences that balance brand expression, user experience, system integrity, and technical feasibility. This is a craft-focused role where you lead through expertise and influence design direction while remaining deeply engaged in execution.
Key responsibilities include: owning projects from concept through delivery as a trusted IC; designing within established design systems using components, patterns, tokens, and responsive behaviors; bridging creative intent with technical and regulatory constraints; collaborating cross-functionally with Art, Copy, UX, and Development teams; applying design judgment to resolve tradeoffs and incorporate feedback; and mentoring fellow designers through collaboration and example.
You will work on scalable, brand-aware solutions for highly regulated healthcare environments, optimizing creative for performance marketing objectives while maintaining accessibility and compliance standards.
Required qualifications: 6+ years in digital, motion, animation, or interactive design; experience designing HTML media banners in pharmaceutical or regulated industries; demonstrated work within design systems; advanced Figma proficiency (components, variants, Auto Layout, libraries, variables, design tokens); strong understanding of responsive design and front-end development relationships; familiarity with digital accessibility standards; bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Media, HCI, or equivalent professional experience.
You should be a systems thinker with strong attention to detail, able to translate strategy into scalable execution, with excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
