We seek an experienced Executive Business Partner to serve as a strategic operational leader supporting our executive team. This role goes beyond traditional executive assistance—you'll be a true strategic partner anticipating needs, solving complex problems, and removing friction across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as an executive's right hand, anticipating needs and solving problems proactively
- Managing complex, multi-timezone calendars and schedules with precision
- Coordinating high-stakes meetings, preparing agendas, and managing follow-up
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Planning and managing executive travel, adapting quickly to changes
- Ensuring critical projects and deliverables stay on track
- Supporting company communications through talking points preparation and scheduling
- Building and refining operational processes to support company growth
You'll bring 5+ years of executive assistant or related experience in fast-growing tech companies, with a proven track record supporting leaders in dynamic, scaling environments. You excel at organization, prioritization, and follow-through. You communicate exceptionally well, thrive in ambiguity and change, and move at startup speed. You're proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Zoom.
This position requires presence in the San Francisco/San Jose office 4 days per week, with Tuesday designated as the work-from-home day.
