UiPath is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support ANZ Go-To-Market Executives as a strategic business partner. This role goes beyond calendar management to focus on operational excellence and business impact across the global GTM organization. Key responsibilities include acting as a thought partner to senior executives by understanding business priorities deeply enough to make judgment calls on their behalf, filtering noise, and flagging what matters. You'll represent the executive's voice and priorities in cross-functional settings, building trusted relationships with senior leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams. You will anticipate business needs and proactively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. This includes maintaining strong understanding of GTM priorities, organizational changes, strategic initiatives, and leadership rhythms to help executives operate effectively. Cross-functional execution is central to the role. You'll coordinate stakeholders, surface issues, and drive alignment on behalf of the executive. You'll own complex, high-visibility logistics including leadership offsites, executive meetings, customer events, all-hands, and global planning sessions. You'll comfortably hold stakeholders accountable across all organizational levels, exercising sound judgment on escalation and follow-up. The role emphasizes AI-enabled efficiency. You'll actively leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot) to streamline scheduling, communications, research, meeting preparation, and operational workflows. You'll build lightweight systems and templates that improve how the executive and broader organization operate, and mentor other Executive Assistants on modern ways of working. Executive support includes managing a highly complex, global calendar across multiple time zones with competing priorities. You'll coordinate domestic and international travel with exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and contingency planning. You'll oversee expenses, budgets, and purchasing in a manner that reflects business priorities. You'll partner with the broader Executive Assistant community to ensure strong collaboration and executive coverage, acting as a mentor and resource for other EAs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who anticipates senior leader needs, brings structure to ambiguity, and thrives in fast-paced, global environments.
