Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 / annual
Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities, seeks a Senior Executive Assistant to support 2-3 VPs within the Maritime Division. This is a high-trust role serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support: managing executive calendars, preparing reports, drafting correspondence, coordinating complex travel arrangements, and scheduling meetings. You will scope and coordinate critical cross-functional projects and special assignments, prioritizing tasks, gaining stakeholder cooperation, monitoring progress, and problem-solving to ensure timely completion.
Day-to-day duties encompass maintaining smooth workflow for executives, serving as their representative with internal and external clients, and acting as the primary gatekeeper for executive time. You will identify opportunities to create new processes and systems to support executive needs and their teams.
Additional responsibilities include producing reports on various topics by liaising with senior leadership, drafting and revising memos, emails, agendas, notes, presentations, and communications to the highest standards. You will plan, execute, oversee, and facilitate logistical aspects of on-site VIP meetings and events, including preparing agendas and presentation materials. Managing sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion is essential, particularly decisions impacting company operations.
Required qualifications: minimum 7 years supporting VP to C-Suite executives in fast-paced corporate environments; proven ability to balance multi-departmental projects with minimal supervision; excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; strong organizational and time management abilities; demonstrated trustworthiness and discretion; excellent attention to detail; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and multi-timezone scheduling. Project management experience is highly preferred. Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information.
