Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 / annual

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced AI and autonomy, seeks a Senior Executive Assistant to support 2-3 VPs within the Air Dominance and Strike Division. This is a high-trust role serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing executive calendars, preparing reports and correspondence, coordinating complex travel arrangements, and scheduling meetings across multiple time zones. You will scope and coordinate critical cross-functional projects and special assignments, prioritizing tasks, gaining stakeholder cooperation, monitoring progress, and problem-solving to ensure timely completion. Day-to-day administrative duties will ensure smooth workflow for the executive team. You will serve as a representative of the executives to internal and external clients, maintaining their schedules and acting as the gatekeeper for their time. The role involves identifying opportunities to create new processes and systems to support executive needs, producing reports on various topics in liaison with senior leadership, and drafting high-quality memos, emails, agendas, notes, and presentations. Logistical coordination for on-site VIP meetings and events is a key component, including preparing agendas, presentation materials, and coordinating with internal teams. You will manage sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion, particularly decisions impacting company operations, and own all travel arrangements, accommodations, and related correspondence. Required: minimum 7 years supporting VP to C-Suite executives in fast-paced environments; proven ability to balance multi-departmental projects with minimal supervision; excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; strong organizational and time management skills; demonstrated discretion and trustworthiness; excellent attention to detail; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and multi-timezone scheduling. Project management experience is highly preferred. Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information.
