As a Senior ERP Solutions Consultant, you will lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of Zip for new enterprise customers. Your responsibilities include: - Leading customer onboarding with a focus on understanding requirements and creatively configuring the product to solve their specific business problems - Owning the complete implementation lifecycle for new customers, building out their procurement processes from the ground up - Designing and delivering training sessions and Q&A forums with customers and key stakeholders to ensure they can use the product independently - Managing multiple concurrent customer implementations, tracking requirements and tasks to ensure timely delivery - Partnering with product and engineering teams to evaluate customer requests, determine feasibility, and set appropriate expectations - Taking ownership of customer success and driving rapid time-to-value for new implementations - Continuously refining post-sales processes to accelerate customer onboarding and adoption You will work with a diverse set of customers across industries as Zip scales, including companies like Coinbase, Snowflake, Notion, Canva, Samsara, and Databricks. QUALIFICATIONS: - 5+ years of experience in one of: Procurement/Sourcing Manager, ERP/P2P Systems Consultant, or managing customer/stakeholder relationships in B2B SaaS - Hands-on experience implementing or administering procurement tools or ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Ariba, Sage, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, or similar) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset - Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams - Ability to push back constructively while maintaining positive relationships - Comfort with software configuration and customization (technical skills a plus but not required) - Willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure customer and company success
