Parachute Home, a premium home essentials company, is seeking a Senior ERP Manager to serve as the technical owner of their NetSuite ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Director of E-commerce and partnering with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain, you will be responsible for assessing, redesigning, and establishing governance around NetSuite to ensure the long-term success of the company's ERP infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include developing a comprehensive optimization roadmap by evaluating the current NetSuite environment, identifying technical debt, and planning improvements. You will design and build SuiteScript solutions (Map/Reduce, Scheduled, User Event, RESTlets), workflows, saved searches, and SuiteQL-driven automation. You'll consult with business stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, and Wholesale to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
You will own end-to-end system integrations with platforms including Shopify, Celigo, WMS, and EDI systems, managing monitoring, error handling, and recovery. A critical part of this role is establishing and enforcing ERP governance standards around script deployment, sandbox and release management, API concurrency, change control, and documentation. You'll partner with Finance and Accounting on close automation, revenue data integrity, and audit-readiness of system controls.
Additional responsibilities include designing user-friendly interfaces and functionality through custom forms, roles, dashboards, and saved searches to enable non-technical teams to self-serve confidently. You will manage external implementation partners and consultants, clearly scoping their work and progressively reducing dependency on external resources. You'll provide training, support, and documentation to make ERP knowledge durable across the organization, serve as the escalation point for ERP incidents, and own budgeting and forecasting for the ERP stack.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in ERP/business systems roles with 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and development in multi-entity or multi-channel environments. You should be expert in SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteQL, NetSuite REST/SuiteTalk APIs, and Token-Based Authentication, with production experience building and debugging Map/Reduce scripts and RESTlets. Experience with iPaaS platforms (Celigo preferred) and high-volume integration patterns is essential. Background in DTC or omnichannel consumer businesses is strongly preferred, along with comfort with EDI integrations and experience working with 3PL and retail partners. You should be fluent in ERP fundamentals including order-to-cash, revenue recognition, month-end close, and procure-to-pay. Strong project management skills, ability to translate technical information for business audiences, and rigorous attention to governance and documentation are critical. NetSuite certifications and SQL/data warehouse experience are a plus.
