Axis Pay is a fast-growing fintech company transforming business payments and financial operations through innovative technology. The company is seeking a Senior Equity & Corporate Finance Specialist to support strategic financial initiatives and drive business growth.
In this role, you will perform comprehensive financial analysis and interpret financial statements to support strategic business decisions. You'll build and maintain advanced financial models, forecasts, and valuation models using modern tools and methodologies. Key responsibilities include conducting company, project, and investment valuations; analyzing investment opportunities and market trends; and supporting corporate finance activities including strategic planning and business case development.
You will prepare investment memorandums, executive reports, and presentations for senior leadership, and partner with business leaders to evaluate new initiatives, partnerships, and expansion opportunities. The role also involves supporting legal, regulatory, and governance-related financial activities, monitoring developments within the financial services and NBFI sectors, and assessing their business impact.
You'll leverage AI and modern digital tools to improve financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects and operational improvements.
Required qualifications include 5–8 years of experience in Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, Valuation, or a related field. You must have strong expertise in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, company valuation, and investment analysis. Experience within NBFIs, Investment Banks, Brokerage Firms, Asset Management, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Fintech is highly preferred.
You should have a good understanding of legal, regulatory, and corporate governance matters, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Technical literacy with a strong interest in AI and digital technologies is essential. CFA certification and FMVA or other financial modeling certifications are advantageous.
