Scribe is a specialized intelligence platform used by 94% of the Fortune 500 and 7 million users across 600,000 businesses. Founded in 2019 and valued at over $1 billion, the company automatically distills work into living assets that help people and AI agents perform at their best. As Senior Customer Marketing Manager, Enterprise, you'll build Scribe's enterprise content engine and establish the company as the go-to authority for C-suite and VP-level leaders navigating AI-forward work environments. You'll develop a deep understanding of enterprise buyer personas, then strategically reach them through social, content, webinars, newsletters, and other high-trust formats. Key responsibilities include: owning the enterprise customer content strategy and roadmap across all channels; developing and publishing a powerful arsenal of customer testimonials; launching and managing Scribe's Customer Advisory Board program by curating enterprise leaders, ensuring valuable participation, and converting relationships into content and trust signals; partnering with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to close the loop between content and revenue; and influencing pipeline targets while forecasting and reporting against them. You'll work alongside world-class acquisition, demand generation, product marketing, and sales/CS teams with creative latitude to build an enterprise content engine that breaks category norms. Success requires deep familiarity with how enterprise buyers think, what they consume, and what earns their trust. You'll be internet-native, understanding what makes content spread—what gets screenshotted and shared versus what dies in the feed. You're comfortable with analytics: MQLs, influenced pipeline, conversion rates. You use data to make fast decisions about where to double down and what to kill. You'll be the voice of the enterprise customer internally and build direct external relationships with enterprise leaders—this is not a behind-the-scenes role.
