As Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you will own the full lifecycle relationship for a strategic portfolio of ~25–35 complex healthcare customers. You will drive measurable outcomes and grow revenue through consultative partnership, balancing strategic executive conversations with deep product adoption metrics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning net revenue retention and ARR across your customer book
- Building and executing account and value plans that drive adoption, outcomes, and expansion
- Leading renewals, upsells, and cross-sells with disciplined commercial processes
- Running structured executive check-ins and QBRs that tie platform usage to business impact
- Using Freshpaint, Looker, and HubSpot to monitor account health, forecast accurately, and prioritize engagement
- Partnering cross-functionally (Support, CSE, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Sales) to remove blockers and unlock value
- Serving as trusted advisor and voice of the customer, building deep relationships with champions and sponsors
- Traveling up to 30% for onsite visits, conferences, and company events
You will thrive in an early-stage, remote environment with real ownership, building repeatable processes and running toward challenges rather than away from them.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years in customer-facing, commercial roles in B2B SaaS (Account Management, Customer Success, or similar) working with Enterprise customers
- Proven track record of driving adoption, renewals, and expansion with clear impact on net revenue retention
- Strong consultative skills: uncovering business problems, defining success metrics, mapping capabilities to product value
- Data-driven and operationally excellent with disciplined account planning, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
- Technically curious and comfortable translating between marketers, product managers, data teams, engineers, and executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including running business reviews and presenting to C-level audiences
- Thrives in remote, early-stage, high-growth environments with high ownership and many moving pieces
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with customer data, analytics, or marketing technology products
- Direct experience working with healthcare organizations (Providers, Payers, DSOs, Urgent Care groups)
- Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare data privacy, or other regulated industry frameworks
- Experience with analytics tools or warehouses (Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, Redshift)
- Exposure to go-to-market frameworks such as MEDDIC or Command of the Message
