Orchard Robotics is building AI-powered camera systems and farm-management software to automate agricultural decision-making and reduce crop losses. The company has raised $25M+ from top-tier investors and is trusted by major US farms.
As Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will own a geographic territory serving large growers, farm-management companies, and institutional landowners. You'll manage the full sales cycle—prospecting, value case development, pilot structuring, deal closure, and account expansion—targeting high-value, multi-region accounts representing 100,000+ serviceable acres.
Key responsibilities include generating pipeline through industry relationships and targeted outbound prospecting, leading discovery and in-field demos, building relationships with farm managers and executives, maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM discipline, representing Orchard at industry events and trade shows, and contributing to pricing and product strategy as the company scales.
You must bring 3-7+ years of agriculture or ag-tech sales experience with proven success closing six-figure enterprise contracts. You need deep understanding of agricultural sales cycles, farm decision-making, and ideally hands-on grounding in growing, agronomy, ag equipment, or packhouse operations. Strong communication, negotiation, and independent business-building skills are essential. You'll travel approximately 25% within your territory (all expenses covered) and periodically to the San Francisco office and industry events.
The role offers meaningful ownership at a rapidly growing, category-defining company with autonomy over the sales cycle, on-farm demos, and scaling strategy. Compensation includes competitive base pay, uncapped commission, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage (100% employee premiums covered). You'll report to the VP of Sales and work closely with the entire team on a mission to reduce food waste and accelerate sustainable farming.
