Salary: EUR 168,000 - 231,000 / annual
Okta is a leading identity and access management SaaS platform that secures organizations by building trusted infrastructure for AI and human identity. The company is expanding its enterprise sales presence in France and seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in the French territory.
In this role, you will own a territory focused on enterprise accounts with 5,000–20,000 user bases, developing comprehensive territory plans and executing sales strategies to generate pipeline and drive repeatable, predictable bookings. You will build trusted relationships with the world's largest and most complex organizations, positioning Okta's value at both functional and C-level stakeholder levels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing territory-based sales strategies and tactics
- Generating new business with enterprise organizations in France
- Building effective partnerships with internal teams (sales engineering, customer success, channel partners) and external ecosystem partners
- Conducting sales presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations
- Engaging with senior stakeholders to position Okta's business and technical value
- Collaborating with the broader EMEA sales organization to establish market leadership
You bring a proven track record of success selling SaaS and cloud computing solutions to large, complex organizations in France. You have deep experience in value-based selling at the C-level and are recognized as a trusted business partner within the local reseller and systems integrator community. You are passionate about technology, excel at communication, and are willing to travel to customer sites, partner locations, and Okta's EMEA headquarters in London and the US.
While experience with identity and access management, single sign-on, and API-based solutions is valuable, it is not required. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not essential.
