You'll join the AMER Ads team reporting to the VP Ads, as part of a 5-person regional team focused on monetizing ecommerce traffic across marketplace and first-party offerings. This is a quota-carrying enterprise sales role targeting retailers and marketplace operators.
Key responsibilities include owning quota attainment across your AMER territory through structured go-to-market execution focused on new customer acquisition. You'll drive the full end-to-end sales cycle (typically 5–9 months) from prospecting through contract closure, including discovery, business case development, technical validation with Solutions Engineering, commercial negotiation, and legal closure. You'll develop deep expertise in Mirakl Ads and retail media monetization strategies, positioning the platform's differentiators against competing solutions.
You'll navigate complex retailer organizations to build and maintain senior-level relationships with Chief Digital Officers, VP/Heads of eCommerce, Heads of Retail Media/Monetization, and CMOs. You'll own and grow a healthy multi-stage pipeline by partnering with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Legal to accelerate deal progression and ensure smooth post-signature onboarding.
The role requires enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally in retail media, advertising technology, or marketplace platforms. You should have a track record of closing large deals with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, strong business acumen around retail and ecommerce monetization, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
