Salary: USD 229,000 - 370,480 / annual

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to own and expand relationships with large enterprise accounts in the US East territory. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, driving territory and account planning, proactively generating outbound pipeline, and collaborating with Business Development Representatives to identify and close opportunities. Key responsibilities include: - Owning large enterprise accounts as the primary relationship owner and point of contact - Developing comprehensive territory and account plans with independent outbound pipeline generation - Ensuring seamless adoption of LaunchDarkly within enterprise customers through robust account management - Coordinating with pre-sales and post-sales engineering, customer success, and support teams to guarantee client satisfaction - Elevating LaunchDarkly's visibility by communicating value propositions to VP and C-Suite executives - Working closely with solutions engineers to deliver business and technical value to prospects and customers - Collaborating cross-functionally with product support, developer relations, marketing, and revenue operations teams LaunchDarkly's platform helps developers innovate faster while protecting them with instant rollback capabilities. The platform improves software release velocity and stability, enables targeted feature delivery to customer segments, maximizes business impact through experimentation, and coordinates releases across platforms. You should be entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and passionate about continuous learning. Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and adaptability in fast-paced environments are essential. You will thrive with autonomy and minimal supervision while maintaining intellectual curiosity and ambition. Travel: Expected 25–50% as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: - 7+ years of enterprise (closing) sales experience - Experience selling DevOps products or strong technical understanding of developer workflows and pain points, with ability to communicate how solutions address these challenges - Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota expectations - Expertise navigating consultative sales cycles with executive-level stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies - Experience implementing and succeeding with Land & Expand SaaS sales strategy, effectively expanding business within large enterprise accounts - Recent experience working for an emerging technology software company (significant plus) - Familiarity with and experience using MEDDPIC sales methodology (advantageous)
