Motive is seeking a Senior Enablement Operations Manager to build systems and operating models that help Revenue Enablement scale. This role owns the connective tissue between enablement strategy, technology, content, learning operations, analytics, automation, and field adoption. You will lead high-impact platform and process initiatives across the enablement ecosystem, including transitions from legacy workflows to next-generation processes. You will transform complex, cross-functional needs into clear operating models, decision frameworks, governance standards, and measurable adoption programs. This is a high-ownership role requiring movement between strategy and execution: framing problems, aligning stakeholders, designing operating models, managing dependencies, and ensuring solutions work for end users. Key Responsibilities: - Own the Enablement Operations portfolio, including intake, prioritization, planning, health, risks, dependencies, and reporting - Lead or serve as operating lead for selected strategic programs from framing through launch, adoption, measurement, and transition - Build reusable playbooks for product launches, system rollouts, communications, training, hypercare, and feedback - Establish leading and lagging indicators, dashboards, scorecards, and executive-ready updates connecting activity to readiness and business impact - Coordinate systems and data dependencies across enablement, communications, and reporting tools - Partner with program owners on adoption, product enablement, maintenance, scaled programs, AI automation, eLearning governance, and field feedback - Identify and deliver automation and AI opportunities reducing manual coordination, reporting, and support work - Create operating rhythms and decision rights for cross-functional teams - Partner with IT, Security, Procurement, Finance, Product, PMM, Sales, Customer Education, Support, and field leaders - Influence without authority, bring structure to ambiguity, and communicate clearly with executives and end users About Motive: Motive empowers people who run physical operations with tools to make work safer, more productive, and more profitable. Requirements: - Experience leading strategic programs, portfolio operations, enablement operations, revenue productivity systems, GTM technology, learning technology, content operations, or closely related enterprise operations function - Track record of leading complex cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement - Experience designing operating models, governance, intake processes, service models, or lifecycle standards for systems, content, learning, or business processes - Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS administration and integrations, including permissions, data flows, reporting, workflow automation, and user adoption - Ability to use data to identify operational problems, define meaningful measures, and communicate progress and tradeoffs - Experience working with vendors, procurement, security, legal, finance, and internal technical partners - Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to tailor messages for executives, technical partners, program owners, and end users - Demonstrated judgment, ownership, and ability to make progress in ambiguous or changing environments
