Serve as a trusted resource for clients navigating complex workplace scenarios, including progressive discipline, documentation, and best practices for difficult situations. **Stakeholder Coordination**: Liaise with internal teams (payroll, legal, benefits, customer success) and external parties (legal counsel, government bodies, trade unions) to ensure compliant and timely offboarding. Process exits on Remote's HRIS platform, coordinating across multiple verticals. **Team Leadership**: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing expertise and judgment on complex cases. Act as an informal escalation point and trusted colleague for the broader team. **Process Improvement**: Drive initiatives aligned with Remote's strategic goals, continuously enhancing customer journeys and operational capacity.
