Salary: USD 90,281 - 119,171 / annual

WelbeHealth PACE is a mission-driven healthcare organization serving seniors by providing medical care and community-based services to help them stay in their homes and communities. This Senior Employee Relations Specialist role leads complex and high-risk employee relations work, serving as a trusted strategic consultant to People leadership, Legal, and Compliance teams. Unlike traditional HR case-management roles, this position combines reactive case work with proactive ER strategy—analyzing trends, strengthening policies, building leader capability, and designing scalable practices that mitigate risk and support organizational culture. Key responsibilities include: • Leading thorough, confidential investigations into harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, and policy violations, including interviews, evidence analysis, and documentation with Legal and People leadership partnership • Serving as subject matter expert in performance management, partnering with leaders and People Advisors to improve outcomes through coaching, clear expectations, feedback, and support plans • Providing expert consultation on high-risk terminations (leaves, accommodations, protected activity, investigations) and standard involuntary terminations, ensuring consistency, documentation, and policy alignment • Partnering with Leave and Accommodations teams on ER matters intersecting with leaves, restrictions, or workplace accommodations • Developing and delivering ER training for People Advisors and leaders on performance documentation, corrective actions, investigations, conflict resolution, and respectful workplace expectations • Analyzing ER case management data to identify trends, themes, and emerging risks, presenting insights to stakeholders Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), minimum 5 years professional ER experience, demonstrated expertise in both ER design and execution, ability to lead change management initiatives, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience leading cross-functional teams, and data-driven mindset.
