As a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, HR partners, and legal teams, championing a fair, unbiased, and human-centered approach to resolving workplace concerns. You will report to the Sr. HRBP Director and play a pivotal role in shaping employee experience through careful handling of complaints, conflicts, and legal matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the investigation process end-to-end, from intake through resolution, ensuring timely and well-documented outcomes
- Conduct thorough investigations across varying complexity and sensitivity levels, including human rights, workplace rights, conduct, safety, and attendance concerns
- Make sound, well-reasoned recommendations for resolution
- Maintain meticulous, detailed investigation logs and supporting documentation
- Serve as the accessible point of contact for the open-door process, investigating formal complaints and legal charges with rigor and impartiality
- Collaborate with Legal and HRBPs to design and implement ER processes, programs, and tools that strengthen organizational capability and prevent escalation
- Participate in mediation and alternative dispute resolution efforts to help parties reach fair outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years in the HRBP domain, with at least 3+ years of direct experience in employee relations and/or labor relations
- Proven ability to navigate sensitive conversations, de-escalate tension, and guide parties toward resolution
- Familiarity with employment laws of Pakistan and India is a strong plus
- Clear, empathetic, and credible communicator who can build trust across all organizational levels
