Salary: USD 80,000 - 90,000 / annual

Talkiatry is a mental health technology company addressing a critical gap in psychiatric care access. The company combines innovative technology with a human-centered approach to connect patients with quality psychiatric and mental healthcare while enabling clinicians to focus on patient care rather than administrative burden. As a Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead recruiting efforts to build a pipeline of qualified mental health therapists for the practice. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and supporting the onboarding of clinical talent while articulating Talkiatry's brand, mission, and values to candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Source and recruit both passive and active candidates from job boards, ATS, social media, target companies, and networking groups - Develop, implement, and execute recruiting programs and sourcing strategies to fill current openings and build a healthy pipeline - Manage the full recruiting and onboarding support process, ensuring clear communication about clinician requirements and timelines - Execute marketing campaigns to prospective candidates, including email outreach and online media - Maintain organized, detailed tracking of all recruitment activities and candidate information in the ATS - Attend at least two therapist conferences annually as an exhibitor - Coordinate with the broader recruitment team to drive strategy and support company growth - Complete special projects as assigned You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment with a diverse team motivated to expand access to mental healthcare. The role offers flexibility to work remotely across the U.S. or from the NYC headquarters. Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruiter role, preferably in healthcare - Minimum 1 year of experience in mental health recruitment - Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and advanced spreadsheet/Microsoft Office skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach; data entry and documentation are significant parts of the role - Analytical mindset with comfort using data and Excel - Resourcefulness and ability to problem-solve in ambiguous situations - People-focused, proactive approach with excellent follow-up and sense of urgency - High level of integrity and professionalism in candidate interactions
