The Senior Employee Experience Partner (EEP) is a strategic HR role serving as the primary people partner for managers and employees across a defined portfolio. This position owns the frontline employee experience end-to-end, with responsibility for manager capability building, employee relations case management, organizational change support, and engagement initiatives. Key responsibilities include: serving as a senior escalation point for complex employee and manager inquiries requiring advanced judgment and policy interpretation; coaching managers on performance, conduct, attendance, and team dynamics; independently managing moderately complex employee relations cases from intake through resolution; supporting employees and managers through organizational changes including restructures and leadership transitions; and driving engagement action planning with global consistency and cultural relevance. The role operates within a global scope, supporting employees and managers across multiple regions and time zones. The Senior EEP is expected to serve as a regional subject matter expert, adapting HR partnership approaches across diverse cultural contexts while maintaining consistency in service delivery. Responsibilities include leading or co-leading regional onboarding, compliance, or process rollouts in partnership with in-country HR and Legal teams. This position requires deep expertise in HR partnership, employee relations, and people-centered problem solving. The Senior EEP exercises independent judgment, influences without direct authority, and takes ownership of outcomes at higher levels of complexity and ambiguity than junior EEP roles. The role includes mentoring junior team members on case handling, communication, and escalation decisions, as well as recognizing patterns in ER case volume and proactively surfacing insights to leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, cultural agility, empathy, and the ability to build confidence among managers and employees. Success requires balancing operational execution with strategic thinking on employee experience improvements and organizational health metrics.
