Salary: USD 220,000 - 270,000 / annual

AppDome is a high-growth SaaS company providing mobile app security and cyber defense automation. The company has achieved meaningful scale and profitability, securing over 50,000 mobile apps protecting 1B+ end users globally. They are now building a best-in-class finance organization and seeking a VP Finance to partner with the CFO and executive leadership. In this role, you will drive financial strategy and operational excellence across the organization. Key responsibilities include developing robust FP&A models and planning processes with comprehensive forecasting of revenues, expenses, cash flow, and headcount. You will lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and scenario modeling to support strategic decision-making. You'll help build scalable finance infrastructure, systems, controls, and reporting for a global, multi-entity SaaS business. This includes overseeing the accounting close process, optimizing timelines and reporting quality in partnership with the Controller. You will develop and maintain robust global tax compliance processes and establish KPI dashboards covering key business metrics. A critical aspect of the role is partnering with business leaders to provide financial insights on pricing, go-to-market investments, product strategy, and operational decisions. You will support Board reporting, investor communications, financing initiatives, and strategic transactions. Additionally, you will recruit, develop, and lead a world-class finance team. Required qualifications include 10+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years in senior finance leadership. You must have experience scaling high-growth SaaS companies beyond $100M ARR, including establishing finance infrastructure, processes, systems, and reporting. Deep expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, SaaS metrics, and strategic planning is essential. Strong accounting foundation with knowledge of ASC 606 and subscription revenue models is required. Experience implementing ERP and FP&A platforms, managing global finance operations, tax compliance, audits, and internal controls is expected. Bachelor's degree is required; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
