Atoms is building Physical AI—real-world robots for industries that move civilization forward, starting with food, mining, and transport. The company integrates hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate to deploy and scale autonomous systems in real-world environments. As Senior Director of Technical Accounting, you will serve as Atoms' subject-matter expert on technical accounting matters, providing proactive guidance on complex transactions, acquisitions, new business initiatives, and commercial arrangements. You will lead research, evaluation, and documentation of accounting conclusions under U.S. GAAP, preparing clear and defensible technical accounting memoranda. Key responsibilities include partnering with Controllership, Legal, Corporate Development, Strategic Finance, Tax, Treasury, business leaders, and external auditors to assess accounting implications of strategic and operational decisions. You will monitor emerging accounting guidance, evaluate its impact on the company, and lead implementation of new accounting standards and company-wide policies.
