Salary: USD 393,680 - 492,100 / annual

Cohesity is a leader in AI-powered data security and management, helping organizations defend against cybersecurity threats with comprehensive data security and management capabilities including immutable backup snapshots, AI-based threat detection, and rapid recovery at scale. As Senior Director of Strategic Sales, you will craft the Go-To-Market strategy and drive revenue growth for Cohesity's world-class solutions. You'll collaborate closely with the GVP and play a pivotal role in identifying and assembling new market opportunities while developing and implementing an enterprise-wide growth strategy. Key responsibilities include: - Surpassing short, mid, and long-term sales goals, objectives, and quotas - Establishing and maintaining strong connections with top enterprise customers - Building and leading a skilled team of Account Executives, Systems Engineers, Channel Managers, and other functional leaders - Developing positive relationships with the functional leadership team to drive business growth - Recruiting and cultivating an active partner ecosystem - Strengthening OEM relationships with industry leaders such as HPE, Cisco, Lenovo, and IBM - Coordinating direct and indirect sales efforts with multi-functional teams including Systems Engineers, Inside Sales, Field Marketing, Professional Services, and Channel Management - Maintaining strong operational cadence and business efficiency Ideal candidates will have extensive experience handling quotas and teams at leading ICT companies or successful startups, proven success positioning high-end enterprise IT solutions (storage/backup and security experience preferred), and a track record of negotiating sophisticated deals with 6-7 figure values. You should demonstrate ability to lead horizontal, extended resource teams, collaborate effectively with OEMs on strategic sales campaigns, and maintain high standards across your extended team. A BA/BS degree is required; MBA is advantageous. Extensive travel to meet customers, partners, and teams is expected.
