Salary: USD 210,000 - 230,000 / annual

Bullhorn seeks a Senior Director of Sales Operations to serve as a strategic business adviser to the global sales organization. This role owns the end-to-end sales operations function, including reporting, analysis, quota-setting, compensation planning, and go-to-market technology stack management. Key responsibilities include architecting business transformation initiatives to optimize the global sales engine and maximize revenue growth; shaping go-to-market strategy in partnership with executive leadership; owning the Salesforce, CPQ, sales engagement, and enablement tech stack; influencing C-suite stakeholders through data storytelling; evaluating and evolving the Sales Operations team structure; spearheading global annual planning with complex quota-setting and territory design; directing cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT; and leading, inspiring, and developing a geographically dispersed global team. A typical day involves strategic planning, data analysis, stakeholder management, process optimization, and team leadership. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills, comfort with ambiguous situations, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Required qualifications: 10+ years of leadership experience in Sales Operations, ideally in high-tech or SaaS (staffing sector experience also considered); strong executive presence and ability to present to and influence C-suite; willingness to challenge senior stakeholders and bring independent perspective; hands-on leadership style; extensive experience leading organizational change and large-scale transformations; proven ability to drive alignment across global, matrixed organizations; demonstrated ability to build, scale, and mentor high-performing teams; bachelor's degree in business or related field (MBA preferred).
