LVT (LiveView Technologies) is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the strategic vision for Intelligence and Ecosystem Delivery. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will oversee the product strategy across the Prevent, Respond, and Recover pillars—bridging organizational goals with technical execution. You will manage a high-performing team of product managers while architecting a seamless user journey that translates Edge and Cloud AI analytics into rapid alert management and forensic search capabilities. Key responsibilities include defining and executing a multi-year product strategy aligned with company growth targets; driving the evolution of AI and analytics capabilities including Edge/Cloud integration, talkdown features, and deterrent efficacy tools; leading ecosystem integration initiatives with VMS leaders (Genetec, Milestone) and alert management platforms (Fusus, Immix) to position LVT as the central hub of site intelligence; orchestrating cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing; establishing and tracking KPIs including uptime, alert accuracy, deterrent efficacy, and platform utilization; overseeing product requirements for high-stakes security standards (SOC2, FedRAMP, GovCloud); and championing end-user experience across the LVT Mobile App, Command Center, and Field Service tools. Ideal candidates bring 10-13 years of progressive product management leadership, preferably in SaaS, AI, IoT, or physical security. You should have deep familiarity with AI/ML workflows (Edge vs. Cloud), Video Management Systems, and API-driven ecosystem integrations. You are a strategic visionary who can translate broad organizational directives into actionable roadmaps, possess a strong security mindset with experience navigating enterprise compliance frameworks, and excel at communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. The role is based in Seattle with occasional travel to headquarters in American Fork, Utah or client sites.
