As Senior Director of People Partners, you will lead the evolution of Honor's HRBP function to operate as a true organizational architect. You'll lead a small team of HRBPs, set standards for how this function operates, and serve as a credible, trusted voice in senior leadership conversations. Success means earning influence by being right, honest, bringing insights and patterns leaders need to understand, and proactively helping leaders reach their goals through people, structure, and culture.
Key responsibilities include:
**Raise Manager and Leadership Quality** — Help leaders understand that manager-employee relationships drive team performance, retention, and culture. Build manager capability, feedback loops, and coaching infrastructure. Support succession planning and leadership bench development.
**Drive Organizational Effectiveness** — Build trust-based relationships with business leaders to partner on organizational design, assess structure and decision rights, strengthen change management capabilities, and act as a connector across functions on complex people issues.
**Build Scalable People Solutions** — Look beyond individual issues to identify root causes and systemic challenges, develop sustainable solutions, test approaches through data-informed experimentation, and leverage HR data and workforce analytics to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
**Own Employee Relations and Risk** — Lead employee relations for the fully-remote HQ team, identify and resolve ER issues with speed and sound judgment, bring strong multi-state wage and hour knowledge, maintain understanding of employment law and HR best practices, and support performance management with rigor.
**Lead and Develop the HRBP Team** — Build capability, set expectations, and develop your team members as trusted partners to business leaders.
You'll work within a People team that builds infrastructure, practices, and leadership capability to help Honor achieve its goals through people, structure, and culture. The role is fully remote.
