You will lead all marketing activity across North America as Senior Director of Marketing, reporting to the Senior Director of International Marketing. This is a senior leadership role accountable for strategy, team leadership, and revenue outcomes across the region. Key responsibilities include: **North America Category Leadership**: Own Legora's category narrative and brand positioning across the full North American market (East, West, Central, and emerging segments). Set the strategic positioning framework that regional teams execute against while ensuring consistency and local relevance. Represent marketing in cross-functional leadership conversations and be accountable for Legora being recognized as the category leader in legal AI across North America. **GTM Architecture & Pipeline Strategy**: Design the North American GTM model including regional resourcing, ABM tier structure, and field/digital channel integration. Own pipeline generation and influence targets at the North America level, serving as senior marketing partner to the VP Revenue. Direct Legora's presence at flagship industry events and large owned events. Partner with Growth and Product Marketing teams to evolve demand generation and stay ahead of competitive positioning. **Customer-Led Growth & Advocacy**: Own the North American customer marketing strategy, building the advocacy engine that drives references, case studies, and community. Define how customer stories ladder up to the category narrative and are deployed across the funnel. Partner on adoption and expansion programs that move NRR. **Organizational Leadership & Operating Model**: Own the full North American marketing P&L, allocating investment across regions and setting priorities. Build and develop the North American marketing team, including regional Marketing Directors and their reports. Set the operating model, define standards, establish cross-regional processes, and identify capability gaps requiring investment in people, technology, and programs. You'll work from the Union Square office in New York, designed for ambitious builders with company-provided lunch daily. You'll partner with teams across Europe, APAC, and North America. **Requirements**: - 8–12+ years in B2B marketing with meaningful time in senior leadership roles accountable for pipeline and revenue outcomes - Experience building and leading marketing teams across multiple regions or markets, with demonstrated ability to operate at scale and get the best from distributed teams - Deep fluency in brand strategy, ABM, field marketing, integrated campaigns, and a clear point of view on how they fit together into a 360-degree motion - Track record of building category presence, not just executing campaigns; demonstrated ability to shape how a company is perceived in its market - Experience in legal tech, enterprise SaaS, or professional services-adjacent environment is a strong advantage - Exceptional communication skills; ability to move between CMO-level strategy and campaign-level detail while bringing teams along - Demonstrated ability to build teams that run toward data; meaningful contribution to measurement infrastructure to prove marketing's impact - Strong commercial instincts with thinking in pipeline, revenue, and NRR rather than just impressions and MQLs
