Shield AI is seeking a Senior Director of Hivemind Program Finance to lead financial strategy and execution for the Hivemind autonomy software business unit. In this high-visibility role, you will oversee program finance activities, develop financial forecasts, and partner with engineering, operations, and product leadership to deliver actionable financial intelligence that drives business performance.
You will be responsible for managing the finance team supporting the Hivemind program, mentoring talent, and uncovering financial opportunities that optimize performance across one of Shield AI's most critical and fastest-growing business areas. Your analytical insights will directly influence strategic decisions and shape the financial roadmap for this dynamic international program.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading program finance planning, forecasting, and reporting
- Partnering with program management to support project execution and financial outcomes
- Developing and mentoring finance team members
- Providing financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership
- Identifying cost optimization and revenue opportunities
- Supporting strategic initiatives across the Hivemind business unit
