Thorne is seeking a Senior Director of Integrated Marketing & Strategy to lead the translation of brand strategy into full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive business results and strengthen customer experience. Reporting to the SVP of Brand & Go-to-Market, this leader will orchestrate integrated marketing planning across all channels—DTC, healthcare practitioner, retail, international, Amazon, paid media, social, CRM, content, PR, influencer, and experiential—ensuring cohesive storytelling and customer experience. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive integrated marketing plans that align brand priorities with business objectives; creating campaign architecture, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies; and building full-funnel strategies spanning awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention. The role owns the integrated marketing calendar and planning framework, establishing clear objectives, audiences, messaging, channel roles, and success metrics. As the central marketing orchestrator, this leader will align channel owners, creative teams, production, product marketing, analytics, communications, retail, and healthcare practitioner marketing around unified strategies. The role requires establishing governance practices that improve visibility, decision-making, and accountability across the marketing organization. Success depends on influencing stakeholders across functions and levels without direct authority, identifying execution risks early, and proactively driving solutions. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with disciplined execution, bringing deep integrated marketing expertise, strong executive influence, and operational rigor. This person connects big-picture brand strategy to channel-specific activation while maintaining consistency in positioning and customer experience. Experience managing complex omnichannel consumer marketing, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and always-on initiatives is essential. The role balances long-term brand building with short- and long-term business performance, using customer insights, channel expertise, and performance data to optimize results.
