Trulioo, a global leader in digital identity verification serving 195 countries, is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Strategy & Development to shape the company's strategic direction and drive execution across the organization. Reporting to the Chief Risk & Strategy Officer, you will own the evolution of Trulioo's strategic blueprint, strengthen alignment between corporate strategy and functional priorities, and guide execution of critical strategic initiatives.
You will build the intelligence, governance, and execution capabilities that enable Trulioo to anticipate market changes and make informed competitive decisions. Your responsibilities include bringing together customer, competitive, regulatory, economic, industry, and product insights to test strategic assumptions, identify emerging opportunities and risks, and inform decisions on organic investment, partnerships, and acquisitions.
Key responsibilities include: continuously testing strategy against market forces and competitive dynamics; partnering with senior leadership to prepare strategic recommendations for executives and the Board; designing scenario analyses to evaluate strategic assumptions and potential disruptions; identifying material risks and integrating them into enterprise governance; developing clear perspectives on competitive positioning and required capabilities; translating the strategic blueprint into enterprise priorities, functional goals, and execution roadmaps; aligning executive and functional strategies with company direction; defining scope, sequencing, and accountability for major strategic programs; establishing governance forums to track progress and enable decision-making; and mobilizing transformation initiatives.
This is a highly visible enterprise leadership role at the intersection of strategy, product, transformation, capital allocation, and corporate development. The ideal candidate combines forward-looking strategic judgment with the ability to operationalize ideas—building roadmaps, mobilizing accountable leaders, guiding complex programs, and creating governance structures to turn strategy into measurable results. You will leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and enhance decision-making.
