Trulioo, a global leader in digital identity verification and compliance, is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Strategy & Development to shape the company's strategic direction and drive execution across the organization. Based in San Francisco with hybrid flexibility (3 days/week on-site), this role reports to the Chief Risk & Strategy Officer and sits at the intersection of strategy, product, transformation, capital allocation, and corporate development.
You will own the evolution of Trulioo's strategic blueprint, building the intelligence, governance, and execution capabilities needed to anticipate market change and make informed competitive choices. Key responsibilities include:
**Corporate Strategy & Blueprint Support:** Continuously test strategy against market forces, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, and customer needs. Partner with the Chief Risk & Strategy Officer to prepare strategic recommendations for executives and the Board. Design scenario analyses evaluating strategic assumptions, alternative outcomes, and potential disruptions. Identify material risks and integrate them into enterprise governance. Develop clear perspectives on competitive positioning, market adjacencies, and required capabilities. Co-lead recurring strategy reviews and recommend when elements should be accelerated, refined, or recast.
**Strategy Alignment & Execution:** Translate the strategic blueprint into enterprise priorities, functional goals, and measurable outcomes. Partner with executive and functional leaders to align strategies, investments, roadmaps, OKRs, and KPIs with company direction. Define scope, activities, sequencing, investment requirements, accountabilities, and success measures for major strategic programs. Establish and chair governance forums tracking progress against strategic priorities. Partner with the Transformation Office to mobilize initiatives, resolve cross-functional blockers, and measure performance.
**Corporate Development & Capital Allocation:** Bring together customer, competitive, regulatory, economic, industry, and product insights to inform decisions on organic investment, partnerships, and acquisitions. Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and decision-making.
