Trulioo, a global leader in digital identity verification and compliance, is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Strategy & Development to shape the company's strategic direction and drive execution across the organization. Reporting to the Chief Risk & Strategy Officer, you will own the evolution of Trulioo's strategic blueprint, strengthen alignment between corporate strategy and functional priorities, and guide execution of the company's most important strategic initiatives.
You will build the intelligence, governance, and execution capabilities that enable Trulioo to anticipate market change and make informed decisions about where and how to compete. Your responsibilities include bringing together customer, competitive, regulatory, economic, industry, and product insights to test strategic assumptions, identify emerging opportunities and risks, and inform decisions across organic investment, partnerships, and acquisitions.
Key responsibilities include: continuously testing strategy against market forces, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, and technology shifts; partnering with the Chief Risk & Strategy Officer to prepare strategic recommendations for executives and the Board; designing scenario analyses to evaluate strategic assumptions and potential disruptions; identifying material risks and integrating them into enterprise governance; developing clear perspectives on competitive positioning and market adjacencies; and translating the strategic blueprint into enterprise priorities, functional goals, and execution roadmaps.
You will also align executive and functional leaders' strategies, investments, and OKRs with company direction; define scope, sequencing, and accountability for major strategic programs; establish governance forums to track progress; and partner with the Transformation Office to mobilize initiatives and resolve cross-functional blockers. This is a highly visible enterprise leadership role at the intersection of strategy, product, transformation, capital allocation, and corporate development.
