Trulioo, a global leader in digital identity verification and compliance, is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Strategy & Development to shape the company's strategic direction and drive execution across the organization. This is a highly visible enterprise leadership role reporting to the Chief Risk & Strategy Officer.
You will own the evolution of Trulioo's strategic blueprint, strengthen alignment between corporate strategy and functional priorities, and guide execution of the company's most important strategic initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, product, transformation, capital allocation, and corporate development.
Key responsibilities include:
**Corporate Strategy & Strategic Blueprint Support:**
- Continuously test strategy against market forces, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, customer needs, and technology shifts
- Partner with the Chief Risk & Strategy Officer to prepare strategic recommendations and decision materials for executives and the Board
- Design scenario analyses evaluating strategic assumptions, market outcomes, competitive responses, and investment choices
- Identify material risks to strategy and partner with the Enterprise Risk Office to assess exposure and define responses
- Develop clear points of view on competitive positioning, market adjacencies, and required capabilities
- Co-lead recurring strategy reviews and recommend when elements of the strategic blueprint should be accelerated, refined, or recast
**Strategy Alignment & Execution:**
- Translate the strategic blueprint into enterprise priorities, functional goals, measurable outcomes, and execution roadmaps
- Partner with executive and functional leaders to align strategies, investments, roadmaps, OKRs, and KPIs with company direction
- Define scope, activities, sequencing, investment requirements, accountabilities, and success measures for major strategic programs
- Establish and chair governance forums tracking progress against strategic priorities
- Partner with the Transformation Office to mobilize initiatives, resolve cross-functional blockers, and measure progress
