This is a high-agency role requiring someone who can pivot between projects, manage competing priorities, and drive results with autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid media programs (search, LinkedIn, programmatic/display) within budgets set by the VP of Digital, partnering with agencies on execution and performance tracking
- Build and own the reporting infrastructure for digital and content performance, including running quarterly content performance reviews and assembling analysis for executive updates
- Partner with the VP of Digital to manage the full marketing funnel (paid/organic acquisition through CRM nurture), identifying friction points and conversion opportunities
- Collaborate with the web/CRO team to surface performance insights that inform their testing roadmap
- Support ABM and customer marketing initiatives in partnership with owning teams
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the VP of Digital and Head of Web Strategy on overall digital and web strategy
- Field ad hoc and recurring performance questions across the marketing organization, translating data into actionable insights
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of in-house B2B marketing experience, ideally at a mid-stage startup (Series B/C or later) with disciplined, scalable growth practices
- Hands-on expertise in paid search (Google Ads) and LinkedIn advertising; familiarity with programmatic or other paid channels is a strong plus
- Strong command of marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred, but any major CRM experience acceptable)
- Solid understanding of the full marketing funnel from acquisition through nurture to sales handoff
- T-shaped skill set: deep expertise in paid media with conversational fluency across web/CRO, content performance, and CRM/lifecycle marketing
- Experience managing day-to-day agency execution with judgment to escalate issues and opportunities
- Comfort managing multi-region campaigns run centrally in English without localization needs
- Track record of translating data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders and executives
- Ability to operate with high autonomy, executing on projects framed by leadership
