Auxmoney is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their collaborative engineering team, working at the intersection of development, operations, and architecture. In this role, you will help shape the cloud platform, solve complex technical problems, and turn ambiguous challenges into practical, scalable solutions. Key responsibilities include: - Contributing to architectural decisions, addressing technical debt, and making pragmatic trade-offs across reliability, scalability, security, and cost - Designing, building, and operating secure, scalable, and maintainable cloud platforms and services - Improving automation, infrastructure, deployment processes, observability, and operational efficiency - Working with distributed software, event-driven architectures, and event streaming - Breaking complex initiatives into smaller workstreams and delivering value incrementally - Investigating recurring issues and creating lasting solutions rather than short-term fixes - Sharing knowledge, mentoring less experienced engineers, and promoting collaboration and shared responsibility Required qualifications: - Several years of professional experience in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or related field - Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure - Professional experience with Go (Golang), ideally for automation, platform tooling, or backend services - Understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and event streaming - Experience with automation, infrastructure as code, continuous delivery, observability, security, and reliability - Ability to make sound architectural decisions and explain technical trade-offs clearly - Experience leading technical initiatives and delivering complex work incrementally - Strong collaboration and mentoring skills with a focus on supporting colleague growth - Ownership mindset with continuous drive for better long-term solutions The company offers flexible working hours, generous home office policy, ergonomic workstations for office days, autonomous work environment with short decision-making paths, annual development budget, regular team events, and mobility support.
