Stack AI is building infrastructure at the intersection of AI and enterprise, enabling companies to safely and reliably deploy AI at scale. We're seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and manage the systems powering our platform in a hands-on role that shapes our infrastructure and cloud environments.
You will own cloud infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance with focus on scalability, security, and cost-efficiency. Lead Kubernetes operations by managing and optimizing containerized applications, including deployment, scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Drive Infrastructure as Code initiatives to standardize and automate environments, improving reliability across the board.
You'll architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines to accelerate developer productivity and enable zero-downtime deployments. Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems while driving compliance best practices. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve architecture, accelerate deployments, and contribute to strategic initiatives. The role includes exploring new tools, optimizing workflows, and continuously refining DevOps practices.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure engineering
- Strong expertise with Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- Solid background in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Comfort with scripting/programming (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Experience with monitoring & observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with FluxCD or similar GitOps tools
- Familiarity with security/compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA)
- Previous startup experience
