As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will architect and transform Fetcherr's internal infrastructure into a high-velocity, self-service platform. This is a senior technical role focused on setting infrastructure standards and enabling developer independence across diverse global markets.
Key responsibilities include:
• Self-service enablement: Design and build secure, automated pathways that accelerate development velocity while maintaining organizational standards and compliance.
• Architectural modularization: Design Kubernetes-native abstractions including controllers and operators. Decouple infrastructure into independent service lifecycles that support rapid iteration and scaling.
• Infrastructure as code: Treat all infrastructure, policy, and configuration with the same software development lifecycle rigor as application code—versioned, peer-reviewed, tested, and CI/CD-gated.
• Proactive reliability: Own production systems through robust observability, clear SLOs, and high operational hygiene. Define alerting that fires correctly and lead blameless postmortems that improve system design.
You will work with a team transforming how the company delivers services at scale, ensuring reliability and developer independence across volatile, complex markets. This role requires deep Kubernetes expertise, infrastructure automation experience, and a mindset of building platforms that empower other engineers.
