Sanity.io is seeking a Senior Designer for Marketing to shape how the Sanity brand appears across all customer touchpoints—campaigns, events, social media, web, and experiential activations. You'll partner closely with the Sr. Creative Director of Marketing to translate product launches and strategic initiatives into distinctive, high-impact creative work that stands out in the competitive B2B SaaS landscape.
In this role, you'll own the full spectrum of marketing design: campaign systems and visuals, social media graphics, web and landing page design, sales collateral, digital and out-of-home advertising, event design (booths, signage, badges, swag), and print materials. You'll drive the design of Sanity's web presence by creating high-converting, responsive landing pages and interactive digital experiences aligned with the brand design system. You'll define and evangelize a cohesive web UI/UX design language that scales across digital properties, ensuring intuitive, accessible, and high-performing navigation and interaction patterns.
You'll help build and steward the Sanity brand—applying it consistently, pushing it forward when it feels stale, and protecting it where it matters most. You'll own event design end-to-end, design reusable social templates plus one-off launch pieces, and build shared asset libraries so the team ships faster without quality degradation. You'll iterate based on performance data, collaborate with other designers to elevate the brand, and occasionally travel to support flagship events.
You bring 8+ years of marketing design, brand design, or agency experience, with a portfolio demonstrating range across campaigns, events, social, digital, and ideally print. You have strong core skills in typography, layout, and color; fluency in Figma and Adobe Suite; and ideally motion graphics experience. You're a systems thinker who builds templates and guidelines that make others' work better, not just polished one-offs. You're comfortable juggling multiple projects with fast turnarounds, communicating concepts clearly, and taking feedback constructively. You're curious about AI tools in design workflows and opinionated about where they help. Bonus: event production experience at scale, web design experience (especially with CMS platforms like Sanity), or a track record of building/rebuilding a brand at a startup or scaleup.
